Along with our Code of Conduct, our school community is also supported and nurtured through a core set of school values along with a system of recognition and celebration. This builds on the research around PBIS (Positive

Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports). PBIS is a proactive framework schools use to improve student outcomes by explicitly teaching and reinforcing positive social, emotional, and academic behaviors. This multi-tiered approach seeks to create a safe and predictable learning environment, preventing problem behaviors before they occur. A robust body of research supports PBIS, consistently demonstrating its effectiveness in reducing disciplinary issues, decreasing bullying, and improving overall school climate and academic achievement.

Our E.A.G.L.E. values are woven into classrooms, school events, and other areas of school culture. We recognize school community members demonstrating these values through Eagle Cards, School Assemblies, draws, and celebrations. Ask your child how they are "being an EAGLE every day!"
